Course Objectives		it is aimed to inform the students how economic, technological, cultural and social changes in cities have affected use of housing, housing settlements and urban space.
Course Description		Concept of change, theories of change, economic, technoljical, cultural and social changes of the world and Turkey from the past to present; affects to urban space, housing settlements, use of housing, changes of housing typologies.
Course Outcomes		Graduate students who successfully pass this course gain the following knowledge, skills and proficiencies 1.Possessing general level of knowledge related to the course topics, 2.Possessing critical thinking and debate skills related to course topics, 3. Gaining experience on topic determination and case study, 4. Gaining skills of using different research methods, 5.To be able to find alternative solutions related to the housing problem 6. Gaining the skill of presenting and writing about individual research and case study.
