Course Objectives

The purpose of this course is to expose the student to the basic concepts and theories of management and organization in order to aid the student in understanding how an organization functions, how different problems managers face in today’s businesses.

Course Description

This course includes both theoretical and practical studies on the fundamentals of management and organization theories by also scanning related recent research articles and collecting information about daily managerial problems managers face.
