Course Objectives 1. To teach “friendly cities for all” concept in general,
2. To think cities with stakeholders,
3. To take attention to the disadvanteges groups.
Course Description Introduction to Friendly cities for all, sub-definition of friendly cities for all (inclusive cities, accessible cities, barrier- free cities). New trends for friendly cities for all, principles of friendly cities for all; The definition of disadvantages groups and evaluation in to the sub- titles; Child-friendly cities, age- friendly cities, women friendly cities, pedestrian friendly cities, pet friendly cities, disabled friendly cities, examples of different countries focus on successful design. National policies and actors.
Course Outcomes M.Sc./Ph.D. students who successfully pass this course gain knowledge, skill and competency in the following subjects;

1. To learn the definition and principles of “Design for all” and “inclusive design”
2. To provide information and to gain skills for designing urban environment to all participants.
3. To analyze the different approaches in various countries and to assist the development of national policies,
