Course Objectives Improving engineering students’ communicative competence of writing and speaking skills in English by integrating theoretical and practical communication science models for engineers
Course Description Science communication, science communication models (professional science communication, popular science communication etc.), science communication trends, writing about science, talking about science, making presentation on a scientific topic
Course Outcomes The students who complete the course successfully will be able to:
1. Define and analyse the processes related to science communication
2. Develop their abilities to communicate science effectively in a variety of real-world contexts
3. Increase their competence in English through science communication
4. Improve their writing skills in terms of science communication
5. Improve speaking skills in terms of science communication
