Course Description		This is an introductory course for Mandarin Chinese. The course is suitable for students with no to minor background in Chinese. Daily dialogs are introduced along with speaking, listening, writing and reading practices. Detailed phonetics, fundamental Chinese grammar and vocabulary are taught. Weekly topics include greetings, family affairs, numbers, and daily exchanges.
