Course Objectives Designing the interior as commercial and residential purposes is going to be held with the criterias below:

• Conceptual research related to the interior architectural environment design
• Making planning and programming decisions that form data for interior architectural design
• Questioning the relation of terms such as function, form and technology with interior architectural design in diverse scales
• Analysis and evaluation of user needs
• A holistic approach and evaluation of components and factors that constitute the interior spatial experience
• Formal expression and implementation studies
Course Description In this project studio, an interior spatial proposal is expected related with a scenario developed for Surp Agop Row Houses number 35 on Elmadağ Street in Istanbul, which is currently being used for residential purposes.

The study should involve a commercial spatial design on the ground level and repeating residential spaces on upper levels.
