Course Objectives 1. Teaching of ancient Anatolian cities and their political formation
2. Transmission of political and symbolic design features of Bronze Age and ancient Greek buildings
Course Description Course is composed of topics, such as Bronze Age and ancient Greek settlements; criteria of determining the site of the cities; reflections of social changes; relation between democracy and city; role of the citizens, rulers and architects at designs, and political-symbolic significance of buildings.
