Course Objectives

1. To give a general framework on history and theory of landscape architecture within the
framework of “20’th and 21’st century”,
2. To teach landscape architecture and related disciplines and interactions among them in 20’th
and 21’st century.
3. Develop critical thinking, interpreting, writing and presentation skills.

Course Description

Starting from 20th century to nowadays, landscape design movements and theories, manifestos, landscape architecture and architecture relations. Design processes and methodologies.
