Course Objectives		Within the framework of strategic spatial planning, the main objective of Project IV is the determination of the main components of a given settlement by applying decision-making, evaluation and analysis methods and technics, and the discussion of the development of the settlement.
Course Description		In the spring term of 2020-2021, the project site has been chosen as Şile District in Istanbul. In consideration of the Environmental Plan and Regional Development Plan, Project IV aims to accommodate discussions on urban and regional development scenarios, macroform and related development strategies for Şile settlement through utilization of various analyses and evaluation techniques.
