Course Objectives		The project aim is to develop policies, strategies, and action plans for future renewal, revitalization, rehabilitation, conservation, and design of the selected actions areas in the existing residential and development districts of the city in relation to the spatial, legal, financial, ethical, and socio-political dimensions of urban planning, and thus acquiring planning skills.
Course Description		The content of the project is evaluating the existing settlements and development areas defined in the upper scale plan, the development of the spatial design of the selected action areas, and the development of plans within the legal and institutional framework depending on the strategies and action plans.
