EUT 138E - Design Theories and Methods
Course Objectives
This course focuses on the contemporary theories in design. Following the particular steps of a design process, the methods and techniques based on conducting research, generating design concepts, developing ideas, visualising, prototyping, and giving design decisions will be introduced throughout the semester. Students will be engaged with the course through reading the recommended articles, executing particular design methods, reflecting on their own processes, discussing and collaborating with their peers.
Course Description
In this course, students will have insight into different approaches about designing and be critical regarding methods and techniques that can assist them during design.
