SBP 312 - Project VI: Spatial Planning in Action

Course Objectives

The aim of course is to improve acquisition of skills for future renewal, revitalization, sanitation, conservation and design policies, strategies and action plans in the existing residential and development areas of the city, within the framework of possible alternative scenarios, while integrating the spatial, legal, financial, ethical and socio-political dimensions of urban planning.

Course Description

Content of the course is the development of plans in which the existing and development areas defined in the guiding plan produced depending on urban change and development dynamics are evaluated for implementation, spatial designs are developed and the legal and institutional framework is examined depending on strategies and action plans.
