Course Objectives 1. In this course, students will have general knowledge about computer-aided design programs.
2. To recognize commercial software and to have knowledge about how these software are used in design.
3. It is aimed to be able to transform designs into three-dimensional models with one of the current software and to present these models by visualizing them.
Course Description Utilizing computers without designing; Computer design systems, languages ??used and their features; Explaining the basics of computer-aided design software, computer design, drawing, sketching and presentation software; Explaining the basic principles of common ready-made software such as Rhinoceros, 3D Studio Max; 2D design commands; 3D design commands: wireframes, surfaces, solids; applications.
Course Outcomes 1. Will have general knowledge about computer-aided design programs.
2. Will be able to improve design processes with computer modeling techniques
2. Will be able to express their designs using two- and three-dimensional modeling techniques.
3. Will be able to make presentations through simple visualization.
