Course Objectives

The aim of course is to improve acquisition of skills for future renewal, revitalization, sanitation, conservation and design policies, strategies and action plans in the existing residential and development areas of the city, within the framework of possible alternative scenarios, while integrating the spatial, legal, financial, ethical and socio-political dimensions of urban planning.

Course Description

Determination of action areas in present and development areas according to 1/5000 scale strategic plan decisions, determination of scenario alternatives, evaluation of legal frame work and the planning and desing of housing, recreation, facilities and functional areas.
