Course Objectives 1. Bring in 2 and 3 dimensional thinking skills.
2. Learning advanced drawing and illustration techniques.
3. Able to prepare quality presentation sheets (boards), users manuals and posters.
4. Developing 2-D drawing software skills on PC.
Course Description Introduction to color and color theory, value harmonies, complex form creation techniques, concept boards, expressing product ideas conceptually, scenarios, foto realistic illustrations, photoshop, painter, sketch-book pro, usage of such programs in sketching
Course Outcomes Students will be able to,
1. Perform advanced fast colored sketching techniques,
2. Edit advanced color arrangements and combinations in presentation sheets (boards) and products,
3. Prepare powerful presentation sheets (boards),
4. Use 2-D drawing software effectively in presentations and illustrations.
Pre-requisite(s) (Minimum DD for EUT141E Design Visualization I)
Required Facilities A studio equipped with drawing desks and data projection.
