Course Objectives

1. able to compose professional level presentation models. To acquire realistic and real functioning models of objects; to acquire quality and smooth surface texture.
2. To understand the basics and production techniques of other modelmaking fields.
3. be able to create moving and functioning models; be able to construct realistic and delicate mechanisms.

Course Description

Advanced modelling techniques: moulding techniques, metal forming techniques. Numeric processing; the specifications and use of CNC and rapid prototyping machines. Introduction of the basics and production techniques in other model making fields; simulating real life excerpts. Project work with the techniques described during the course.
