1.To teach the design parameters of urban space for different time periods.2.To define and discuss planning principles.3.To compare the hierarcy of urban design and urban planning by means of concept, scale and dimension.

Course Description

Spatial structures of Medieval, Renassaince and Contemporary cities. Urban pattern and its elements in cities in terms of different periods: case studies, examples. Discussions.
