Course Objectives		to understand basic concepts of enzymology
Course Description		Bu derste enzimler ve enzimolojinin temel prensipleri açıklanır: enzim yapısı ve fonksiyonu, enzimlerin ayrıştırılması ve saflaştırılması, inhibisyonu, immobilizasyonu, enzim kinetiği ve endüstriyel ve klinik enzim uygulamaları gibi.
