Course Objectives
1. To provide an ability to conduct quantitative analysis
2. To provide an ability to apply methods for the determination of pollution parameters
3. To provide an ability to interpret analysis results
Course Description
Preparation of solutions. Standardization of solutions. Strong acid-strong base titration. Weak acid-strong base titration. Analysis of residual chlorine. Analysis of calcium. Analysis of chloride. Analysis of sulfate. Kinetics of iodine clock reaction. Instrumental analysis: Optical methods of analysis. Surfactants.

I. Use basic concepts of environmental chemistry
II. Do applications in analytical chemistry and quantitative analysis
