Course Objectives		1. Teaching the laws and the practice implementing regulation of public improvement plans 2. Teaching the bases of arrangement for the land and building and ground 3. Teaching the methods of solving encountered disagreements on applications of public improvement plans
Course Description		The analysis of the Public Improvement law and its applications in Turkey.
Course Outcomes		Students who pass the course successfully will be able to; 1. state and apply the relation between the cadastre – public improvement plans and current public improvements plan and application codes. 2. explain the public improvement plans, planning and regulation principles, and plan types defined in public improvement laws and codes. 3. explain the principles of preparation of the five year public improvement programs. 4. state the principles of land and building land regulation process. 5. apply the law and codes against the non-registered and illegal building development. 6. explain the basic problems and propose solutions of public improvement plan applications.
