Course Objectives		As a sequel to Soil Mechanics I course, SM II course aims to deliver detailed knowledge to the students about the behavior of soils and engineering practice.
Course Description		In SM II course, soil minerology, importance of soil behavior in enginnering practice, stresses in soils, consolidation and shear strength topics will be covered in detail.
