Course Objectives
It is aimed to provide the students who will specialize in the field of construction management with the economic analysis and valuation methods that will be needed for decision making in both project and contractor management. Ensuring the effective use of financial resources in project management, the concept of risk, measurement, the use of valuation to have information about financial costs are other information and skills planned to be gained within the framework of the course.
