Course Objectives		The main objective of this course is to provide construction professionals with multi attribute decision making tools, which enable them to obtain and analyze information when making these decisions in their business environment.
Course Description		Business environment, especially construction industry, is full of risks and uncertainties. Construction professionals have to make decisions under these circumstances. The content of this course covers: Management science, multi criteria decision making techniques.
Course Outcomes		Students who successfully pass this course gain knowledge, skill and competency in the following subjects; ? importance of realistic and rational decision making process in management science, ? principles of multi criteria decision making tools, ? commonly used decision support techniques in the construction management area, ? applications of these decision support techniques in the construction management area.
