CEV 303E - Technical Drawing (CAD)

Course Objectives

To give an ability for the preparation of computer aided drawings
To give an ability on the dimensioning of technical drawings
To give an ability 3D thinking and and drawing

Course Description

Introduction to AutoCAD, Basic operations (setting up & loading, saving a file etc.), 2D drawing (drawing by coordinates), zoom, layers, lines and colors, hatching, adding text to drawing, dimensioning the drawing, managing the external references, Useful tools (Rename, Purge, Inquiry etc.), Printing out, 3D drawings, some adjustments.
