Course Objectives		1.To teach the components of building materials. 2.To teach concrete mixture design and production. 3.To develop the knowledge of fresh and hardened concrete properties.
Course Description		Cementitious materials and Portland cement, Mixing water, Concrete aggregates, Properties of concrete, Concrete Mixture Design, Admixtures, Concrete production, Durability, Hardened concrete properties, Shrinkage, Statistical quality control, Metals.
