Construction industry and management of construction projects, types and organization of construction firms, project management organization, pre-bid project management activities, bidding process and contract administration, mobilization and management at site, time management in construction project management, scheduling methods, CPM method, cost management, cost estimation, quantity take-off, interim payments, important activities during and following construction.
