Course Description		Time Planning Technique (PERT, Bar Chart, CPM), Man-power and data collection for construction planning, Planning table system, Scheduling software (Classification and selection), Developing a schedule with Planning software (introduction, relationship of activity, data type), Cost and Resources planning, Updating, Schedule report (Daily, monthly), Cost reporting (Monthly, quarterly, yearly, budget), Project presentation
