Course Objectives		1. To teach design management in building construction 2. To teach Law of Public Works 3. To teach Regulation of Public Works
Course Description		Design tools and creative design methods (e.g., brainstorming, SNECTIC). Building design, characteristics, codes and regulations. Design activities. Conceptual drawings, preliminary and final design. Design of dwellings, housing projects, schools, office building, industrial buildings, healthcare buildings and tourstics buildings (functinalities and technical specifications).
