GEO 435 - Urban Regeneration

Course Objectives

This course aimed to introduce students to the historical development of urban regeneration, to be dominated by the legal and administrative infrastructure, an urban renewal project taking from start to finish, to perform tasks ranging from the design to work phase.

Course Description

In Urban Regeneration course; feasibility, valuation, property rights, land distribution and the planning process subjects can be assessed with the after- effects ranging socio-economic transformation.
