Course Objectives		1.Provide a broad based view about recent cartographic design software 2.Provide students with leadership opportunities associated with computer aided cartography
Course Description		This lecture covers cartographic activity for map design through different mapping software, develops critical thinking on cartographic modeling of spatial features with their geometric and semantic data. Understanding relationship between classical cartographic design tools and map design at computer.
Course Outcomes		1.an ability to apply knowledge of computer aided cartography 2.an ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret spatial and related data 3.an ability to identify, formulate, and solve spatial modeling, cartographic modeling 4.an ability to use the software modules necessary for the cartographic design of different maps
