Course Objectives 1.
Understanding the fundamental methods of artificial intelligence and their association with spatial data.

Studying the theory and applications of artificial intelligence approaches with the aid of software libraries.

Gaining the ability to use artificial intelligence techniques to solve problems encountered in Geomatics Engineering.
Course Description This course offers an in-depth exploration of fundamental concepts and contemporary applications in artificial intelligence, with a special focus on how these applications intersect with the field of Geomatics Engineering. It aims to examine and develop artificial intelligence (AI) techniques and applications within the field of Geomatics Engineering. The course covers the theoretical foundations of AI techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, data mining, model development, and evaluation, supported by contemporary software tools. It also addresses applications in various domains, including urban/rural land management, planning, environmental monitoring, and smart agriculture.
