Course Objectives		The basic goal of the course is to fit out the potatial decition makers in constraction industry (project manegers and contractors managers) with the financial analysis and valuation tools.
Course Description		The course is fundamentally focused on analysis and methods in financial decision making presses in project and firm management. Financial objectives, financial reporting, introduction to risk measuring, Break-Even Point analysis, present value calculation for investement decision, overview of corporate financing, capital budgeting and risk analysis, dividant policy and capital structure, dept financing, cost of capital (internal and external), calculating the optimum capital stucture, contractors’ financial statements and financing the construction contractors, financial factors in bid pricing, project financing techniques in large scale projects.
