Course Objectives		• They will enhance their presence in their own creativity and be able to utilize it in their daily lives. • They will notice their charismatic styles and learn to use it for the future. • Besides charisma, their self-awareness will also increase by means of leadership styles, especially for transformational leadership. • They will increase their ability to do presentations and their writing skills as well by means of written exercises.
Course Description		In order for a person to achieve status and credibility in business life, he/she needs to increase the ability of to be creative at any circumstances by means of innovative thinking. Also the person needs toact as a charismatic leader in order to convince team members to achieve more by transformation of all leadership styles. The target is for students to do several exercises throughout the course and reach a high awareness in all subjects.
