Course Objectives

• They will enhance their presence in their own creativity and be able to utilize it in their daily lives.
• They will notice their charismatic styles and learn to use it for the future.
• Besides charisma, their self-awareness will also increase by means of leadership styles, especially for transformational leadership.
• They will increase their ability to do presentations and their writing skills as well by means of written exercises.

Course Description

In order for a person to achieve status and credibility in business life, he/she needs to increase the ability of to be creative at any circumstances by means of innovative thinking. Also the person needs toact as a charismatic leader in order to convince team members to achieve more by transformation of all leadership styles.
