END 431E - Management and Organization

Course Objectives

The objective of this course is to expose the students to the theories and the practice of management in contemporary organizations from a conceptual, analytical, and pragmatic perspective.

Course Description

The topics covered in the course include; understanding the evolution of management thought, analyzing the environment of management, planning, changing organizational architecture, and managing individuals and groups.
