Protection and Indemnity (P&I); P&I Clubs and coverage, seamen claims, cargo claims, accident claims. FDND (Freight, Demurrage and Defense Insurance). Identification of inter-relations between insurance rules and international technical ship management rules. Record keeping for objective evidences.Marine Insurance conflicts and court decisions.
