Course Objectives

1. Öğrencilere gemi inşaatı ve açık deniz yapılarında kullanılan tasarım ve üretim yazılımlarının tanıtılması ve öğretilmesi.
2. Belirli yazılımlar kullanılarak örnek bir yapının tasarlanması ve hesaplamaların yapılması.

Course Description

Principles of computer integrated design and manufacturing, Geometric Modeling, CAD interfaces and Systems, Solid modeling, Preliminary design of Offshore Structures, Geometric modeling of ships and offshore structures, Hydrostatic and Hydrodynamic calculations, Structural design and analysis, Computer aided manufacturing, CFD calculations.
