Course Objectives		To teach textile dyeing and printing methods and technologies To teach colorants and auxiliaries used in dyeing and printing processes.
Course Description		Dyeing and printing methods and technologies in textile coloration processes. Colorants and auxiliaries used in dyeing and printing processes, dyestuff selection, dyeing methods depending on fiber type, printing preparation processes and machinery, studying the fixation and fastness properties
Course Outcomes		Students who pass the course will be able to: I.Choose colorant according to end-use and product quality II.Design and application of coloration process according to end-use and product quality III.Comment on quality parameters of final product, regarding the structure of the textile material, coloration method and technology IV.Comment on reasons of faults occurred in coloration processes.
