UUM 540E - Engineering Project in Aerospace

Course Objectives

1. Provide state of art in a current and graduate level research problem in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Guidance, Navigation, Controls and Avionics perspective.
2. Guide the students in doing research at that current and graduate level research problem and to have the students do a project on these topics.

Course Description

This course is aimed at providing recent research and advances at graduate level problems in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Guidance, Navigation, Controls and Avionics perspective. Specifically, at each semester a different research area is explored giving in-depth understanding of the state-of-art and the current research focus at that area. In addition, the students are required to do a project as a part of the class.
