Course Description		Dersin amacı: 1. Kentsel gelişme süreçleri ve bu süreçlerde etkin olan temel faktörleri tanımlamak, 2. Kentsel sistemlerin evrimini ve kentleşme döngülerini gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkeler açısından değerlendirmek, 3. Küreselleşme ile bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmelerin mekansal gelişme üzerindeki etkilerini irdelemek 4. Geleceğe yönelik olarak kentsel sistemlerin gelişme eğilimlerini tartışmaktır.
