Course Objectives

1. Comprehension of what science and scientific research is.
2. Examination of method development in scientific research.
3. Examination of the ethical dimension in scientific research, definition and examination of plagiarism.
4. Development and improvement of doctoral research.
5. Gaining the ability to systematically present the research study in written, oral and visual form.

Course Description

Philosophy of science, scientific research, method in scientific research, ethics in scientific study; seminars to be given by academic staff under these topics; seminars to be given by the students related to their works mainly focusing on research, publication and presentations
