4	Research design: quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods. Possibilities of using methods in engineering research.
5	Sampling: principles, data types, techniques used, reliability and validity.
6	Sampling: sample distributions, representative samples (determination of sample size)
7	Quantitative research design: experimental-based research methods

9	Quantitative data analysis: descriptive, interpretive, correlational statistics, one-, two-, multi-dimensional statistics, measurement error and uncertainty,
