ENT 501E - Service Design
Course Objectives
to provide the specific processes, tools and approaches required in service design to refine the design skills of students who have already acquired experience in the design sector,
to enhance the basic skills of students with a background in other disciplines by furnishing them with theoretical knowledge and practical experience in service design,
to develop capabilities that specifically involve the design of services,
to develop specific skills for innovating the sense and meaning of services.
Course Description
Theories of service concept and diversity, current framework and culture of service design, basic approaches and methods in service design processes, components of service design, value creation, innovation in service design, position and role of service design in different layers, examination of good examples, a service design project with a system and social impact approach.
