Course Objectives Günümüzde karar vericiler, verdikleri kararlarla gezegenimizin geleceğini etkilemektedirler. Önceleri, suya ilişkin projeler, sonuç insan etkileri hemen hiç dikkate alınmadan kabul edilmekteydi. Günümüzde, tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de bu tür projelerin etkilerinin incelenmesi ilgili kuruluşlar tarafından zorunlu bir işlem olarak kabul edilmiştir. Amaç, bazı özel proje örneklerini ele alarak bunlarda problemi tanımlamak, düzeltici önlemleri incelemek ve fiziksel etkileri değerlendirmek için bir çerçeve oluşturmaktır.
