Required Facilities
Extensive use of commercial softwares such as ABAQUS, NASTRAN, MARC and ANSYS is required. Attendants will also write their own finite element codes.

Remarks
According to department regulations, if the course grade average is less than 45/100, the student will be assigned the letter grade "FF". In order to get "AA", course grade average should be larger than 80/100. Every student should complete a term project by using a commercial software.
Attendance
70 % attendance is compulsory.
