Course Objectives

Keskin rekabet ortamı, müşterilerin artan beklentileri, piyasada lider olma hedefi, hızlı teknolojik değişim, hataların ağır
maliyeti şeklinde kendini gösteren günümüz gelişmeleri kaliteyi zorunlu bir stratejik araç haline dönüştürmektedir. İnsandan
teknolojiye, üründen sürece, tedarikçiden müşteriye uzanan kalite yönetim sistemi pekçok yöntem ve tekniğin kullanımıyla
ancak sürekli geliştirilebilir. Bu ders kalite
yönetiminde sözedilen teknik ve yöntemleri ele almaktadır.

Course Description

Statistical methods are used to monitor and improve product and service quality and reduce the variations in processes that are used to produce them.
Course topics involve the use of statistical tools and techniques for process improvement: such as process capability, hypothesis testing, explorative and descriptive data analysis, factorial experimental design, and regression analysis.
