Course Objectives
1. To introduce the basic concepts of electricity;
2. To grasp the development of electricity from the ancient ages;
3. To understand the rise of technology via history and development of electricity, the main energy form of today.
4. To develop the ability to read and understand texts, make research and write.
Course Description
First inventions, static electricity, compass, basic definitions, Invention of current, voltage and resistance, Direct current, Alternative current, Electronics
Course Outcomes
Students who succeed in this course will improve their ability to;
1. Learn the basic concepts of electricity;
2. Understand development of electricity from the ancient ages;
3. Comprehend the rise of technology via history and development of electricity, the main energy form of today.
