Course Objectives The main objectives of this course are as follows:
• To broaden students’ general knowledge about human resource (HR) trends, planning and analysis processes in the organizational life,
• To help students understand the methods of employee recruitment, selection, performance evaluation and retention techniques.
• To improve students’ skills in recognizing, conceptualizing and resolving problems in managing human resources effectively and efficiently.
Course Description Human Resource Management (HRM) is a field of study that investigates the impact that managerial tools and processes have on employee motivation and performance within organizations for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization’s effectiveness.
