Course Objectives To found a scalable startup and develop business models to systematically build such startups.
Course Description Building on the business model canvas components, the course covers development of the product-market fit, construction of acquisition, delivery and retention channel frameworks and establishment of critical resources and capabilities.
Course Outcomes Students who take the course are able to
found new scalable entrepreneurial firms by iteratively modelling their ideas,
complete feasibility analyses related to new business opportunities either initiated as a startup or developed within existing businesses.
