Course Objectives		1. To provide students an understanding of basic tools of venture capital and growth 2. To inform them about the basic concepts and fundamentals of growth 3. To teach them basic project finance and other finance methods
Course Description		This course deals with the following questions. What are the determinants of growth intent among entrepreneurs? How do growth-oriented ventures secure the financial resources needed to fuel their growth ambitions, and what is the role of corporate and independent venture capital in this? How do ventures develop capabilities to outperform their competitions? How do ventures internationalise? These questions are aimed at understanding the success factors of high growth ventures before and after their initial public offering (IPO).
